Bio
Melbourne singer/songwriter issi is emerging as an exciting new voice in Australian music and the first artist signed to legendary Australian musician Rick Price’s independent label, Clarice Records.
Rooted in her Greek and Italian heritage, issi creates emotionally driven music centred on storytelling, vulnerability, and deep connection. Through her partnership with Rick, issi explores themes of love, longing, healing and hope across a unique, multi-generational lens.
Earlier this year, issi joined Price on tour across Asia, and she will reunite with him for a national Australian tour this October. This follows their successful 2025 collaborations, which included Price’s “Tamborine Mountain 30th Anniversary” tour and an appearance at the ARIA Awards.
Not only did this creative partnership capture both local and global attention, earning features in Rolling Stone Australia and a campaign with Mentos Australia, issi has also seen rising national and international press across major media outlets including The Today Show, The Morning Show, The Herald Sun, The Daily Mail, and Singapore’s Class95 FM.
issi is now channelling this momentum into her next creative endeavour, her upcoming EP with a release date soon to be announced.

upcoming single ‘rainbows’
My newest track rainbows releases on July 24th everywhere and can be presaved here.
Rick and I wrote rainbows about finding hope when there seems to be none. It’s for the overthinkers and anyone who needs a reminder that they’re not alone. It’s about holding onto hope, even when life feels uncertain. rainbows is the last single before I drop my debut EP secret heart with Rick Price later this year.
Five quick questions
1. If people could only listen to one issi song to get a taste of what to expect, which song would that be and why?
I love all the music I’ve written with Rick, but I really feel like “rainbows” represents our collaboration and who I am as an artist. It takes listeners through so many emotions and tells such a beautiful story. There are so many different sounds and layers throughout the song, and I feel like it really immerses people into the world I’m trying to create and the stories, feelings and emotions I want to share.
2. What’s your favourite lyric you’ve ever written?
“you walked away, but I’ll wait”
Something about that line broke my heart when we wrote when. It’s uncertain, sad, heartbreaking and vulnerable. It captures that feeling of still holding on, even when something is slipping away. It genuinely hurt to write.
3. When you’re on tour what’s the one thing you miss the most about home?
Home-cooked food from my mum!! Don’t get me wrong, I love a bit of room service, hotel buffets and trying different restaurants while I’m on tour, but I always miss my mum’s cooking when I’m away!
4. What’s your favourite pizza topping?
Okay. I’m Italian and Greek, so I know I probably SHOULDN’T say this… but a gluten free Margherita pizza with LOTS of pineapple! My ancestors are going to yell at me for this one.
5. Who is your greatest musical inspiration?
My favourite band is Queen and I grew up listening to incredible artists like George Michael, Whitney Houston and so many others, but my greatest musical inspiration was and still is Rick Price.
